Status Check
You will have noticied that the layout has changed yet again for the blog. This is because I have been modifying it so that it looks like the rest of the website and makes it easier for me to use.
Meanwhile those of you intersted in Computer Security might be interested in this.
It is a really interesting and a worth while read.
Once I get this blog sorted out, I shall have more time to add more content such as hotties of the day (which is proving popular).
On a sad note, my placement at Proactive Tours has come to an end. It was an awesome experience and I am going to miss everyone there terribly.
The placement year taught me a lot of new things and made me think like a ‘developer’.
Guess we all have to start somewhere!

My first post! Hello World!
Hello and welcome to my humble blog!
This is my first ever post on here as well. I installed the Wordpress engine version 2.6.1. I have to say that it is very impressive as I never used Wordpress before.
It is an absolutely fantastic framework written in PHP and I have only just realised how many people actually use it. The framework was on 5Mb and the install was very easy. All i had to do was create a database, modify one file to take into account of the database settings, run the install script and that was it!
How much simpler can you get! It is absolutely awesome.
I still have a few things to sort out such as my template and plugins but I am very very impressed with this framework.
So what will I be using this blog for? Anything and everything really.
I need to figure out why the HTML tags do not work correctly sometimes but that is probably to do with the template mostly.
Hopefully I will find a template that will allow me to add HTML tags in code form as I will be covering some web programming as well.
Right I better get to it and then I can start blogging in earnest once I can find my ideal template.
